About

We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager to help our engineering and product teams move with clarity and speed. You’ll keep projects on track, blockers out of the way, and communication sharp so builders can focus on building. This role sits at the intersection of planning and execution. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and leadership to turn ideas into shipped features on time and without surprises. Lead project planning and delivery across engineering, product, and design. Run sprint rituals and Agile ceremonies with just enough process to move fast. Track technical work, surface risks early, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies. Create clear, actionable plans and then drive them through to completion. Keep timelines realistic, not rigid, and make space for iteration and learning. Help teams stay focused, aligned, and unblocked. Job Requirements
Requirements
7+ years of technical project management experience in software teams. Fluency with Agile frameworks, sprint planning, retros, and backlog management. Strong technical acumen. You can speak the language of engineers and understand how systems fit together. Startup experience or similar fast-paced environments where priorities shift and speed matters. Clear communication and a bias for transparency and action. Experience with tools like Asana, Linear, or Jira.
