About
Conduct interview preparation sessions for candidates (mock interviews, role plays, etc.)
Train candidates on communication skills, confidence building, and professional etiquette
Guide candidates on resume improvement and interview strategies
Provide feedback and actionable insights to enhance candidate performance
Prepare candidates for HR and basic technical interview rounds
Track candidate progress and ensure readiness before actual interviews
Support candidates in handling real interview scenarios and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to align candidate preparation with job requirements
Requirements
Graduate in any field
Prior experience in training, coaching, HR, or recruitment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and motivate candidates
Good understanding of interview processes and hiring expectationsPatient, approachable, and result-oriented
