Job Title: Oracle Application Administrator
Location: Remote Role
Interview: Video Interview
Description This role supports the integration of the Filtration & Separation Division (FSD) from Solventum into the LSG E1 landscape. The position will play a key role in enabling seamless system integration, client setup, and application administration within the ERP ecosystem.
Role Scope & Responsibilities
Create and configure new client setups in Precision for new Distribution Center (DC) sites.
Lead and actively participate in integrations between JD Edwards (E1) and QAD Precision.
Collaborate with QAD teams for required enhancements or custom development as part of the integration project.
Support and coordinate across all testing phases (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, etc.).
Lead the Precision workstream, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
Prepare Technical Design Documents for new client setups.
Configure and set up carriers within the system as required.
Development and configuration of new clients in Precision.
Carrier setup and configuration.
Successful integration between E1 and Precision.
Support across testing phases and production readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in ERP or Bolton Application Administration.
5+ years of hands‑on experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion ERP and QAD Precision.
3+ years of proven experience leading ERP integrations and client onboarding activities.
1–3 years of working knowledge of tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
1–3 years of strong understanding of Cloud fundamentals (OCI / AWS / Azure).
1–3 years of experience in scripting and automation using Python, Shell Scripting, or PowerShell.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within tight timelines.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high‑quality standards aligned with established SOPs.
