This role is part of the Australia Key Accounts Delivery team. You will work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment alongside internal teams and external partners, supporting accounting and bookkeeping firms through solution implementation and onboarding. Position Overview We are seeking a customer‑obsessed Implementation Specialist to deliver successful onboarding and solution outcomes for key accounting and bookkeeping customers using our proprietary platform ecosystem. This role focuses on understanding customer business needs, solving workflow and technical challenges, and guiding customers through structured implementation journeys.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple engagements while delivering consistent, high‑quality solution experiences.

Day to Day of Position
Lead customer onboarding and implementation journeys using defined solution methodologies
Partner with internal teams and external technology partners to deliver solution outcomes
Set, track, and manage customer expectations, timelines, and milestones
Focus on the delivery critical path to remove barriers and ensure successful implementations
Analyze and improve customer workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline processes
Provide guidance and best practices to customers using platform products such as QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Accountant, QuickBooks Payroll, QuickBooks Self‑Employed, and QuickBooks Time
Manage multiple customer engagements while maintaining quality and efficiencyCollect customer feedback and report insights to support product and process improvements
Act as a trusted advisor and champion of customer trust throughout the solution lifecycle
