About

What You’ll Do We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering organization at Horizon3.ai. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, engage, and close top technical talent.
You’ll own full‑cycle recruiting across key roles (Engineering, Product, and Design) with a strong focus on building high‑quality, diverse pipelines in a competitive market. Your primary customers are our hiring managers, and your mission is to ensure we hire exceptional talent quickly and thoughtfully as we scale.
You’ll drive recruiting strategy end to end—from sourcing and outreach to process design, candidate experience, and closing. This includes developing creative strategies to identify and engage top cyber and non‑cyber talent, as well as continuously evaluating and rebuilding recruiting processes that are no longer serving the business.
You’ll also help shape how we recruit as a company, bringing ideas, data, and creativity to improve our processes and outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally in a fast‑paced startup or high‑growth environment.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing candidates in competitive markets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and hiring teams.
High social aptitude and relationship‑building ability — you know how to build trust quickly and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Solid technical acumen, with the ability to understand technical roles, assess candidate qualifications, and have credible conversations with engineers.
Experience owning full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.
Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive processes forward in an evolving environment.
Data‑driven mindset with a focus on improving recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Coursework or degree in business, human resources, psychology, information technology, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, research, operations, customer service, information technology, administration, or other relevant roles.
Travel Required We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 5% of travel.
Compensation Base salary range: $89,000 – $185,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options). If any other compensation benefits apply, they will be discussed during the interview process.
Perks
Inclusive Team: We value diversity and promote an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.
Growth Opportunities: Be part of a dynamic and growing team with numerous career development opportunities.
