Help clients complete online enrollment forms accurately
Build genuine connections and provide a positive client experience
Schedule and manage virtual appointments
Use basic computer skills (email, Zoom, online systems) daily
Follow a proven process with training and support provided
Ask questions to understand client needs and guide them confidently
Work independently while being part of a supportive team
