About
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage complex calendars and demanding day-to-day schedules (including travel) for multiple A|L Media Partners. Exercise sound judgement to prioritize meetings based on client and business needs. Provide scheduling support to Partners on evenings and weekends (as needed).
Collaborate closely with the other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless calendar alignment across Partner and client teams, proactively resolving any conflicts.
Liaise between Partners and A|L staff, stakeholders, and clients to optimally coordinate meetings, travel, and engagements.
Lead and support diverse organizational projects – including both ongoing and one-off initiatives – to meet firm objectives, enhance efficiency, and streamline operations.
Support key operational processes, including contact records management, company subscriptions management, vendor coordination, and administration of the A|L internship program.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Perform additional administrative and operational duties as necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
A detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, rapidly prioritizing tasks based on importance and impact.
Strong written and verbal communicator who can interface both internally and externally with clarity, confidence, and discretion.
A collaborative team player capable of working effectively with a diverse group of senior leaders, clients, and colleagues.
Prior experience or interest in politics, political campaigns, or government is a plus.
Benefits & Compensation:
An annual salary of $45,000 to $50,000 depending on experience, through November 2026
