Mainframe Modernization – DB2 Decoupling and COBOL Refactoring Role Requirements:
COBOL Developer with adaptability in legacy-to-modern transition Core Expectations: Strong command of reading, modifying, and testing COBOL programs Experience with job execution and batch processing in mainframe environments (JCL) Familiarity with message queue integration (IBM MQ) Deep understanding of DB2 access methods on mainframes Experience reviewing API specifications and mapping fields to source/target structures, including hands-on API data exploration Seniority Level:
