About
The Sales Development Representative (Inside SDR) plays a key role in driving dealer engagement and supporting brand growth initiatives. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new dealer prospects, developing sales pipelines, coordinating brand programs, and collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential new dealers for recruitment programs.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to schedule meetings.
- Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce.
- Generate a consistent flow of opportunities for Brand Development Managers and Territory Managers.
- Track dealer participation in incentive programs, trainings, and events.
- Provide weekly reports on engagement, pipeline status, and lead conversion.
- Assist in coordinating dealer incentive programs, training sessions, and events.
- Collect dealer feedback to improve program adoption.
- Monitor and report competitor dealer program intelligence.
- Partner with Territory Managers to align dealer engagement with sales priorities.
- Collaborate with marketing to distribute program materials and communications.
- Support planning and logistics for centralized dealer meetings and special events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development, preferably in a B2B or distribution environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting tools.
Skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
