Site Engineer Osborne is recruiting for a Site Engineer to join a well-established and growing construction company delivering residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to join a dynamic team working on high-quality projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site engineering activities, ensuring works are completed according to drawings and specifications, and supporting the successful delivery of projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively on busy construction sites. Location: Cork Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: DOE Key Responsibilities Supervise daily construction and engineering activities on site. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Conduct site setting out and surveying activities where required. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Carry out quality control inspections and ensure high standards are maintained. Assist with resolving technical and operational issues on site. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and company procedures. Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation. Support project planning, scheduling, and general site administration duties. What Were Looking For Experience & Qualifications Degree or qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline. Proven experience in a Site Engineer role within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, and specifications. Experience with setting out equipment and surveying tools desirable. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and site compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-related software. Full clean driving licence desirable.
