CCPRO have partnered with a leading international services company to recruit for a Employee Relations Advisor. You'll be responsible for providing expert ER guidance and support across the business.This role is 5 days a week onsite. Salary €50-55k. Responsibilities Providing advice and guidance on all employee relations matters Managing employee relations cases in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner Lead and support workplace investigations Prepare documentation for formal meetings, investigations, and disciplinary processes Ensure ER cases are managed in line with company policies and Irish employment legislation Provide guidance and support to managers on handling people management challenges Support the development of manager capability on employee relations matters Support compliance with Irish employment legislation and company policies Requirements: Third-level qualification in a related field Minimum 3 years' experience in a employee relations role Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation a must have Experience with disciplinary, grievance, and workplace investigation processes is essential Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills Skills: Human Resources Employee Relations People Management Irish Employment Law
