The RPA Developer I is responsible for the development and administration of solutions for managed RPA environments. The RPA developer will partner with various teams to design, implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed. RPA developers should also have an understanding of API design, including principles of REST, JSON and OAuth and be comfortable working with databases and web technologies. Job Expectations
Develop stable, secure, and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath that focus on identity and user access control processes. Design, develop, and maintain RPA workflows using UiPath Studio. Integrate RPA solutions with other systems and applications, such as databases, APIs, and third‑party software. Monitor bots post‑deployment and proactively fix bugs. Open to learning new automations and technical tools. Direct meetings and workshops with other business units to gather requirements and design solutions. Document process workflows, create technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation to support development, security, operations, and maintenance of a project. Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to industry best practices and compliance standards, including data security and privacy regulations. Be available to work after hours and provide support for a 24/7 operation. The duties and responsibilities described above may provide only a partial description of this position. Background developing with UiPath. Solid understanding of workflow design principles. Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL). Strong grasp of how to use RESTful API. Experience with Amazon S3. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience Requirements
Generally prefers minimum of two (2) years of Robotic Process Automation Experience (UiPath, BluePrism, NICE) or two (2) years of Development Experience. Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field required. Judgment/Reasoning Ability
Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise, and diplomacy. Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalade issues, as required, in a timely manner. Physical Demands

The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below; however, the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work.
