About

Job Duties: Customize Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs including modifying forms, entities, views and workflows. Configure out-of-the-box features to align with business processes. Develop custom plugins, workflows, and custom workflows activities using C# and .NET. Develop integrations with other systems using APIs and web services. Perform unit testing and system integration testing to ensure customizations and developments meet requirements and do not introduce bugs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing phases. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 applications. Optimize performance and ensure system efficiency. Document customizations, configurations and development processes. Create user guides and technical documentation for future reference and training purposes. Translate business requirements into technical specifications including the use of Power Apps and Power Automate. Utilize Power Apps to build custom applications tailored to user requirements. Implement Power Automate flows to automate business processes and workflows within Dynamics 365 and across other services. Create and manage Power Automate flows to automate tasks and integrate systems. Integrate Azure Application Insights with Dynamics 365 to monitor performance and diagnose issues. Analyze metrics from Azure App Insights to gain insights into system usage and performance. Create and maintain dashboards in Azure Monitor and Power BI for real-time monitoring and reporting. Work Location: Various unanticipated work locations throughout the United States; relocation may be required. Must be willing to relocate. Education: Master – Engineering Management or Electronic Engineering (will accept foreign education equivalent) Experience: One (1) year Apply Online
