This Opportunity WSP is seeking a Document Control Lead to join our Project Controls team. This role can be based out of any WSP US location (remote).
Your Impact Duties and Responsibilities:
Influence the narrative by understanding what needs to be done to support the project vision andinitiatives
Experience in implementation of document management systems for large/mega programs in design/construction
Experience setting up document management systems and managing from inception, through duration to final completion and closeout of project
Monitor and Manage the Electronic Document Management System(s)
Develop andadminister theproject“Document Management Plan”
Develop and administer Document Control Procedures and Training Guidelines
Working knowledge and experience in SharePoint, Procore, e-Builder, Unifier, Aconex, Bluebeam software or equivalent.
Procore or eBuilder/Trimble Certification.
Work withProjectInformation ManagementSystemsTeam for access, security and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of document management process and procedures and systems
Perform reoccurring training on Document Management Requirements and EDMS use
Implement efficient work-flow process, initiate and track document reviews
Retrieve files Upload / Download files from EDMS, Manage Document Naming, Convention, numbering, assigning, distribution.
Process Incoming/Outgoing Transmittals and documentation
Initiate and track reviews through Bluebeam Sessions
Ensure that electronic record files as required are maintained in good order to comply with QA and contractual requirements
Optimize Document Control productivity, efficiency, and service quality across all departments.
Work with project department leads to ensure timely processing of documentation along with any future updates
Produce progress reports as required
Who You Are Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 7-10 years of Document Control experience working on design, construction or similar projects including start-up and closeout processes.
Experience in implementing document management systems and procedures for large and mega programs in construction.
Certified in e-Builder or InEight
Advanced computer and word processing skills using MS Office applications including SharePoint
Experience supervising and leading Document Control Team Members
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coordinate several high-priority deadlines simultaneously
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical knowledge of industry documents, records and data management systems
Demonstrate experience with typical Microsoft office applications, such as Word, Power Point, Excel and Visio
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

Compensation Expected Salary (all locations): $130,000-145,000/year
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
Expected Salary (Colorado only): $130,000-145,000/year
