About
Respond to law enforcement requests via the Kodex portal.
Manage vendor due diligence (incoming and outgoing KYC).
Perform crypto transaction monitoring using Chainalysis and manage OFAC controls.
Support risk, disclosure, and incident management via NAVEX.
Draft risk appetites, perform controls testing, and build dashboard reporting.
Who You Are
5+ years in compliance, risk, audit, or controls.
Crypto knowledge; Chainalysis certification preferred.
Experience with NAVEX, Kodex, or similar tools is a plus.
Strong knowledge of KYC/AML, OFAC, and enterprise risk frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree; compliance/risk certifications (CAMS, CFE, CRISC, CRC) a plus.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Prior experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
Prior experience in a publicly traded or highly regulated environment.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 USD
