About
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the Shopify storefront for consistent functionality and flawless operation across desktop and mobile.
Manage and optimize Recharge (subscriptions), Rebuy (upsells/personalization), and related Shopify apps.
Implement design updates, landing pages, and A/B testing to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot tools like Klaviyo, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and payment systems.
Track KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, churn, etc.) and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
Work closely with marketing, fulfillment, and customer support teams to align website updates with campaigns and customer needs.
Identify pain points in the user journey and proactively suggest optimizations for higher sales and retention.
Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Shopify e‑commerce stores.
Proven expertise with Recharge and Rebuy apps (required).
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, Liquid, and responsive design principles.
Strong grasp of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and web analytics.
Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Klaviyo, and GTM.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

Work Arrangement Remote / Work from Home
Schedule Full‑Time | Monday – Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm EST)
