OpenLoop is looking for an
Implementation Manager II
to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing clients in an OpenLoop service line care vertical. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating technology and coordinating support resources for clients, products, or programs.
What You'll Do
Develop and define program scope, objectives, and success criteria. Create a detailed project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Foster a collaborative and communicative team environment.
Communicate program objectives, status, and outcomes to stakeholders. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation. Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budget constraints.
Establish and enforce project management methodologies and quality standards. Conduct regular reviews to ensure deliverables meet specified standards.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs. Ensure that change requests are thoroughly evaluated and documented.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field required.
3+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager II or in a similar role, with a focus on systems, product, or program configuration.
Proven track record leading end-to-end engineering or implementation projects, ideally in startup or healthcare environments.
Familiarity with Webhooks, understanding of API architecture, design, and best practices.
Proficiency in programming languages highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to implement and configure technologies required.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Must be a proactive, quick learner with problem solving skills.
