About

We seek a highly organized, resourceful, and relationship-driven Development Coordinator to serve in this newly-created position as a member of the Development team. A consummate project manager, the Development Coordinator will bring an existing foundation of development experience to the team and provide essential support to ensure NDWA and our sister entities are able to reach our ambitious fundraising goals. This role will be integral to intra- and cross-team coordination and communication. The Coordinator will drive new systems to support donor engagement, retention, and prospecting; provide logistical and project management support for fundraising campaigns and events; and help compile key information for external communications, including grant proposals, grant reports, concept notes, briefings, and individual donor updates. The Development Coordinator must be able to integrate with the team, assess needs, prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks, and interact with a wide variety of internal and external constituencies at varying leadership levels.
