About
About the Role We’re looking for a Performance Creative Designer who lives at the intersection of great design and data‑driven thinking. This isn’t a “make it pretty” role. You’ll produce short‑form video, ad creatives, and visual assets for real campaigns — and you’ll be expected to care whether they actually work. You’ll track CTR, study hooks, test formats, and use what you learn to make the next batch better. If you get excited by scroll‑stopping hooks, clean brand execution, and seeing your work drive real results, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Edit short‑form video content for paid ads and social platforms with a relentless focus on scroll‑stopping hooks, clear CTAs, and conversion‑driven layouts
Design graphics, overlays, lower thirds, and visual elements using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Format and adapt assets across platform specs, branding guidelines, and publishing requirements — accurately and consistently
Produce fresh batches of creative concepts informed by performance data, competitor research, and platform trends
Test new formats, hooks, and visual styles, and apply what works to keep improving results
Upload and manage content across YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other client‑facing platforms
Collaborate closely with the Ads, CX, and SEO teams on creative briefs, feedback loops, and iteration priorities
Keep asset libraries clean, organized, and ready to deploy
You’re a Great Fit If You…
Have at least 2 years of experience producing creatives for paid media campaigns — and a portfolio to prove it
Are proficient in Canva, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut and can move fast between them
Actually care whether your ads convert — you look at CTR and hook rate, not just aesthetics
Take feedback well and iterate quickly
Stay organized, communicate proactively, and don’t wait to be managed
