As a Partnership Executive you begin with inside sales – identifying and acquiring new investment partnerships – then transition into a consultant role managing and nurturing your book of business as a trusted advisor. The role is commission‑based with revenue‑sharing, offering a typical starting income of
$70,000
annually and the potential to earn
$250,000
or more within two years. Initial Focus: Investment / Partner Acquisition (Inside Sales)
Your primary responsibility is to qualify potential business candidates and explain our unique investment model. You actively reach out, present our services, and engage in compelling conversations to identify ideal partners. When a candidate expresses a strong desire to partner, you help structure the deal in a collaborative, “Shark‑Tank” style manner. Progression: Business Advisor & Partnership Management (Consultant Role)
After investment, your role shifts to advisor and board‑member‑style engagement, obsessively championing each partner’s success. You promote best practices and full adoption of our systems to maximize client growth, driving success for both the partner and Fusion. Our Ideal Candidate
Polished professional with highly effective communication skills, persuasive yet non‑salesy, comfortable with difficult conversations, and able to guide strong‑willed individuals toward adopting Fusion’s perspective. Prior experience in residential real estate is helpful but not required. You will receive extensive training on our go‑to‑market strategy, business philosophies, and proprietary systems.
