What You Will Be Doing As a member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for supporting Data Implementation Managers in the implementation of compliance and risk management software applications for financial services and banking clients. The Implementation Support Specialist will work closely with our internal teams throughout the implementation life cycle to support client data configurations. The implementation life cycle includes: import/export requirements gathering and definition, engaging internal technical resources, validating that the input or output is accurate, identifying discrepancies for our clients and guiding clients through user acceptance testing and launch.
Responsibilities
Support the Data Implementation Managers by completing client configuration tasks.
Assist in loading client data using proprietary data management tools and complete full validations of data loaded.
Update requirements documentation as needed.
Monitor, research, and resolve internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
Keep validation thresholds updated and complete research when unexpected changes occur.
Work on client‑facing/internal/special projects as needed.
Interface with internal and external clients with a high level of professionalism.
Build strong relationships with client team members, work successfully under pressure, maintain positive attitude, and meet client project deadlines in an efficient and professional manner.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field or related work experience.
Minimum1-3 years in Technical Support, Project Management, Account Management or other successful client facing experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and strong understanding of Excel data formulas/functions.
Nice To Have
Knowledge of the financial services / insurance / securities compliance industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures a plus.
Masters' Degree in a related field.

Pay Transparency The compensation range for this position is $45,000 - $75,000.
RegEd takes a market-based approach to pay. Your actual pay is based on your unique background, pertinent experience, work location and qualifications. In addition to competitive base pay and bonus program participation, RegEd’s total compensation package also includes our comprehensive benefits package in addition to vacation, sick, volunteer time off and paid parental leave.
