We seek exceptional, intelligent, and self-driven individuals to join our team. Candidates should have expertise in Core PHP, REST API, NodeJS, and ReactJS. If you are passionate about programming, we look forward to welcoming you as a colleague. Job Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and implementing software applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems. Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance. Contributing to software architecture and design patterns. Developing and maintaining server-side and front-end code. Ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of web applications. Writing clean, efficient, and secure code. Troubleshooting and debugging issues. Optimizing application performance and database queries. Ensuring scalability and reliability of backend systems. Defining and implementing APIs and web services. Maintaining database schemas and queries. Conducting code reviews for quality and standards. Staying updated with industry trends and technologies. Participating in Agile methodologies. Documenting technical specifications and processes. Collaborating with QA and DevOps teams for deployment and system monitoring. Providing technical support for production issues. Note: Responsibilities may vary based on project scope. Other Information
- Work hours overlap with EU business hours (CET +/- 2h). - Salary: 40,000 to 80,000 BDT (Mid Level), 80,000 to 140,000 BDT (Senior), based on skill. Benefits
