We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Scheduler for a long-term contract role essential to ensuring the on-time delivery of these large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
Review and develop project schedules during pre-construction, including tender reviews and client requirement compliance.
Conduct execution phase schedule analysis, including DCMA-14 assessments and constructibility reviews.
Guide General Contractors in developing detailed schedules and integrating construction with commissioning activities.
Manage weekly and monthly programme updates, reports, and key stakeholder meetings.
Develop and maintain scheduling reports including histograms, S-curves, and progress trackers.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Scheduler on major construction projects.
Expert knowledge of CPM scheduling and Primavera P6.
Experience with DCMA 14-Point assessments and schedule auditing.
Strong background in both pre-construction and execution phases.
Excellent client communication and contractor management skills.
Location : Remote with travel (up to 20%)

Type: Long-Term Contract (12-Months+)
No C2C or 3rd party agreements can be considered, candidates must have the eligibility to work in the US without restriction
