Job Description:
Design, develop, and implement NetSuite customizations based on business requirements, including custom fields, records, scripts (SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0, 2.1), workflows (SuiteFlow), and reports (SuiteAnalytics).
Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, RestFul APIs, or other integration methods.
Collaborate with IT to follow a standard Change Management process using NetSuite Sandboxes for testing and deployments.
Provide technical support for NetSuite users, troubleshoot system issues, and resolve user inquiries.
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including data backups, updates, and performance monitoring.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of NetSuite customizations, configurations, and processes.
Preview NetSuite updates and new features, noting any potential impacts on customizations.
Work collaboratively with other IT team members, business stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
Follow NetSuite architecture and development best practices.
Ability to learn and code in the rebate management system (SolveXia) is preferred.
