We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll processes, ensure accuracy in reporting, and resolve payroll-related inquiries. This role requires strong numerical ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute tasks efficiently within strict deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with payroll systems while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Process and run payroll accurately and on schedule Generate payroll reports and ensure all data is accurate and up to date Review payroll information for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure accurate employee data Assist with audits and payroll reconciliations as needed Manage and track payroll-related tasks using internal systems and tools Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong numerical and basic math skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and execute projects within set timeframes Highly organized and able to work independently Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information Tech-savvy with experience using:
Microsoft Outlook Monday.com CentralReach (preferred) Viventium (preferred)
