About
Digis is looking for an experienced C#/.NET Backend Engineer to join the engineering team. You’ll be working in a highly skilled, distributed environment, collaborating directly with the CTO and cross-functional teammates worldwide.
About the project A real-time customer engagement SaaS platform used by leading global luxury brands (Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Ferrari, Lenovo, etc.). The platform is actively growing and expanding its AI/LLM capabilities to deliver cutting-edge digital experiences.
Project country: USA/ Australia (global company)
Stage: Mature SaaS product, production users
Duration: Long-term
Methodology: Agile
Team: CTO, Product Managers, Backend & Frontend Developers, QA. Client plans to add 5 backend and 5 frontend developers.

Requirements
5+ years of experience with
C# .NET Core/ Framework
4+ years of experience with
SQL Server
1+ year of experience integrating with
Generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI)
Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
Responsibilities
Build and maintain integrations with external
AI/LLM services
(e.g., OpenAI, generative models).
Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable
RESTful APIs .
Optimize
SQL Server queries
and ensure backend performance at scale.
Implement messaging and asynchronous logic using
async/await
patterns.
Collaborate with DevOps on
cloud-based deployments
(AWS, Cloudflare, Firebase optional).
Ensure
system security
following OWASP best practices.
Participate in
code reviews
and mentor junior developers.
