About

The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of a new apartment development in Kildare Town, managing all on-site operations, programme, subcontractors, and quality control. This role requires someone who has already delivered multiple RC frame projects and can confidently drive a fast-paced build. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Lead the construction programme from groundworks through RC frame, fit-out, and completion. RC Frame Coordination Manage sequencing, temporary works, concrete pours, and subcontractor performance. Stakeholder Management Liaise with design teams, QS, engineers, and local authorities. Health & Safety Oversight Ensure compliance with Irish construction regulations and site safety standards. Budget & Programme Control Track progress, mitigate delays, and report to senior management. Required Experience RC Frame Experience Completed RC frame projects as Project Manager Residential Delivery Proven track record delivering apartment or multi-unit schemes. Irish Construction Knowledge Familiarity with BCAR, Irish building standards, and local authority processes. Leadership Skills Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Comfortable running RC frame programmes and coordinating multiple trades. Capable of maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Motivated to deliver a landmark residential project in Kildare.
