Sales Executive Assistant

Job Shift Day

• Generate a sales pipeline on behalf of the sales team using core sales processes to achieve targets
• Maintain knowledge of company products and services and articulate the company's value proposition and counter common objections
• Draft scripts for targeted phone work (cold calling, confirming appointments, text communications) to ensure consistency and accuracy in content and brand representation
• Perform cold calls, qualify leads, and following up with sales opportunities as directed
• Track and report progress via customer relationship management system or other reporting channels to provide required feedback for management
• Arrange meetings with potential customers for the executive sales team
• Identify, track, and develop leads on behalf of the executive sales team, maintaining organized and up-to-date lead records through the full sales cycle
• Execute structured follow-up sequences for leads and prospects via phone, email, and text to support pipeline progression and keep the executive sales team's opportunities moving forward
• Proactively flag high-priority leads and time-sensitive follow-up needs to the appropriate sales executive, ensuring no opportunities fall through the cracks
• Act as a customer advocate within Rolfson Oil, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Provide daily support to sales executives as needed
• Proficiently use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Zoom Info, and Teams to manage communication
• Schedule and confirm appointments for other sales teams' representatives with customers or prospective customers in assigned markets
• Perform missing ticket/collections work as directed
• Other duties and projects as assigned
