Event Joy Creator

The Event Joy Creator serves our guests in person at the local Mall with creative celebration solutions in a warm and welcoming environment. Event Joy Creators provide upbeat, interacts with customers walking by, LOVES to sell and wants to move around and create JOY!

The Event Joy Creators will earn at least $12.00 per hour to start. Candidates may be further compensated based on their experience, drive, ability to learn quickly, and desire to improve. Additional compensation is available, including performance bonuses and other perks.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: abides by all NbC policies and procedures, upholds NbC's image and brand, acts as last line of defense for ensuring brand standards are met, operates point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency, gathers guest email addresses, maintains a strong knowledge of NbC's products, prices, and promotions, keeps retail area clean, swept, and neatly merchandised, dusts all retail surfaces, including all counter tops, and POS stations. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
