Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines, including managing pharmaceutical claims.
Complete content annotations, reference checking, and fact‑checking.
Maintain adherence to AMA style and other relevant style guides.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging.
Assume accountability for the accuracy and quality of all edited content.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, English, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in copy‑editing, preferably in pharmaceutical marketing or for a creative agency supporting regulated industries.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical environment and regulations.
Proficient in standard computer programs (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat).
Preferred Skills
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
