About
TubeScience | Full-Time | Remote-First
About TubeScience TubeScience is one of the fastest-growing performance video companies in the world. We use data, AI, and creative systems to produce video advertising at a scale and speed that no one else has figured out. Our engineering team builds the infrastructure that makes that possible — from AI agent pipelines to the ad operations tooling that drives hundreds of millions in client spend.
We are profitable, growing fast, and building in a space where the technical problems are genuinely hard. This is not a maintenance role. You will be architecting and shipping systems that directly move business outcomes.
The Role We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our core platform team. You will work across the full stack — frontend tooling for complex ad workflows, cloud infrastructure, and the backend systems that tie our AI integrations together. You will be one of a small number of engineers who sets the technical direction, not just executes it.
This role is fully remote. You will work closely with engineers and product leads in the US, with meaningful overlap during afternoon hours in your timezone (CET/EET).
What You Will Build
Frontend applications for ad operations workflows that handle scale and complexity — this is not a marketing site, it is a production tool used by operators running large campaigns daily
Cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP/Azure: deployment pipelines, monitoring, autoscaling, the works
Backend services and APIs that support multiple AI agent integrations running in production
System architecture that can grow — you will be in the room where these decisions get made
What We Need From You
Strong Python — you have shipped production Python services, not just scripts
At least one low-level language: C, C++, Rust, Zig, or equivalent. You understand what happens below the abstraction layer.
Experience building large-scale SaaS platforms from scratch, not just joining a mature codebase
Hands‑on cloud deployment and DevOps
Media pipeline experience — transcoding, ffmpeg‑like tooling, media transformation, cloud storage. This sits at the core of what we build.
You know how to instrument and observe distributed systems — not just read dashboards, but design for observability from the start
Experience with durable, fault‑tolerant workflows in production
React testing and test automation — the kind that actually catches real problems
If you have worked with any of the following, say so: React/Next.js, FastAPI/Django/Flask, Docker/Kubernetes, PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis, Temporal/Airflow/Dagster, Kafka/RabbitMQ, AuthN/AuthZ patterns.
Nice to have: experience shipping agent systems (MCPs, sandboxing, AI agent infrastructure) and FinOps at scale.
Why Join Us We're experiencing exceptional growth in a contracting market. We combine startup agility with established financial stability. You'll work on exciting challenges with a brilliant team of like-minded professionals who value both technical excellence and creative problem solving. You'll have immediate impact on critical systems and clear paths for professional advancement.
This isn't just another job - it's your chance to build something meaningful with people who are as passionate and talented as you are.
