As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.
Job Summary: The Generative AI Process Manager II applies knowledge and expertise to lead business transformation initiatives, spearheading the advancement of generative AI (GenAI) capabilities in the One Field Services (OFS) organization. This role partners closely with IT/Digital Transformation (DT) teams and front‑line service leaders to translate operational challenges into AI‑driven solutions that drive both internal and external customer‑centric outcomes. This role will be focused on delivering Field AI‑led process transformations. The ideal candidate would have experience in field service processes and working across a complex matrixed organization. Collaboration, project management, and communication skills are key.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with OFS stakeholders to pinpoint top GenAI use cases and develop a phased roadmap from pilots to full‑scale deployments
Collaborate cross‑functionally to translate business needs into technical specifications while ensuring data governance and security compliance
Drive integration, aligning AI initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives
Lead requirements gathering processes and solution CTQs to develop fast “proof of concepts” that demonstrate value propositions
Develop frameworks for evaluating project potential and aligning them with business priorities
Lead initiatives to identify emerging trends and technologies in GenAI, ensuring the OFS organization remains at the forefront of AI advancements. Spearhead innovation labs or task forces to explore novel applications of GenAI in field services
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during GenAI implementations
Create and deliver targeted workshops and materials, then gather feedback and metrics to drive continuous adoption improvements
Identify potential risks associated with GenAI deployments and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and safeguarding against potential disruptions
Define key success metrics, create reporting dashboards, and present insights to senior leaders to guide scale‑up or strategic pivots
Partner with the Data Analytics team to review metrics needed to drive process optimization
Contribute to standardization, solutions, and optimization of operations processes
Execute region and function‑specific programs
Travel may be required

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
8+ years of leadership level experience in a global/complex environment or 3‑5+ years of OFS specific process knowledge
3+ years of experience of specialized/industry experience
English proficiency required
Desired Characteristics:
Past experience as TFA, Service Manager, Outage Manager, or CPM
Experience with python or Gen‑AI techniques and tools
Experience with Field Service outage planning processes—familiar with resource, tooling, sourcing, training processes
Knowledge of Services products, processes, customer requirements and budgeting / financial processes
Strong ERP, Salesforce, ETM, ServiceMax, and Event Vision systems experience
Demonstrated project management experience across a matrixed organization
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong organizational skills
Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization
Demonstrated commitment for process improvement
Six Sigma Green/ Black belt certification or equivalent quality certification
Formal Lean Training /certification
Value Stream Mapping and Daily Management
Excellent communication skills
