We’re looking for a founding Business Development Representative (BDR) to help scale Ren's go-to-market engine. Ren solves a fundamental problem for relationship-driven sellers and, for the right person, is a rare opportunity to build a new category from the ground up: your input will directly shape our product, go-to-market, and growth. You will be directly responsible for building our outbound sales motion and generating pipeline for our sales team. This role is a critical part of our team and the successful candidate will be ambitious and energized by building and rapidly iterating on our processes. It will be a lot of fun and a lot of work! This role is remote, with preference for candidates in the US Eastern or Central time zones. You will report to the VP Sales. Responsibilities
Prospect into strategic business accounts within Ren’s ideal customer profile via cold call, email, and social strategies Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives (AEs) Partner closely with AEs to ensure strong handoff and pipeline quality Maintain active communication and follow-up with leads by following a strategic sales cadence Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries Become a Ren subject matter expert and effectively communicate our value prop to prospects What We're Looking For
