About

Overview
Acquisitions Associate role with a Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm. You will identify and develop relationships that generate off-market opportunities to acquire net-leased retail and healthcare properties for the firm's REIT and 1031-exchangable investment offerings. This will be done by developing and expanding relationships with Principals and Developers, Tenants, REITs, and real estate portfolio owners. Tactex Recruiting Advisors is recruiting on behalf of the client. This role will work closely with the Senior Director of Acquisitions as well as the Brokerage team, Analysis, and Legal & Closing teams, fulfilling anything required to close an acquisition. In addition to sourcing, you will ensure sellers are responsive and fulfilling obligations in alignment with the closing timeframe. The right candidate will be capable of independent planning and prioritization of relationships and building out a book of new relationships to transact with. The position requires a self-motivated individual that can thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment. This individual will be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal and external parties. Location : Remote, with the availability to fly to meet new relationships as needed.
Pay and Benefits
Base pay range : $80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Pay range : $80-100k/yr (plus a discretionary bonus structure)

Responsibilities
Developing a robust off-market pipeline and helping to source and close acquisitions with owners, developers, and sale-leasebacks with tenants. You will be working closely with the Senior Director of Acquisitions and the CFO/CIO and Managing Partners of the Firm. Building and deepening relationships with REITs, developers, and tenants with whom we are not currently working. This will be accomplished through existing relationships, utilizing our extensive database of contacts, initiating key meetings, attending net-lease conferences, and extensive calling efforts. Preparing and presenting investment opportunities to Analysis, the Senior Director of Acquisitions, the CFO/CIO, and Managing Partners. Engaging in negotiations and transactions to source acquisitions that are a fit for our criteria, and helping to ensure that deals are closed with accuracy and speed.
Requirements
Transactional or brokerage-related experience and real estate industry knowledge. Detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills. Existing relationships with principals, developers, or tenants that we are targeting area strong plus. Quantitative and qualitative financial analyses.
