Ocho People are partnering with a cutting-edge Series A cloud security company that’s expanding its U.S. engineering team. We are looking for a Cloud / DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Golang, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Terraform to join a fully remote engineering team. This role is 100% remote (anywhere on the US East Coast) and is virtually customer-facing, working closely with solution architects and internal teams to support customer deployments and cloud environments. No on-site travel required. What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure and services using Golang Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Deploy, operate, and optimize workloads in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Build automation, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability and developer experience Collaborate remotely with solution architects to support customer cloud deployments Support and scale production environments running high-availability, distributed systems What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with Golang (tooling, automation, or services) Hands-on experience with GCP (GKE, Compute Engine, IAM, VPC, Cloud Storage, etc.) Solid experience with Terraform in production environments Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security Experience working in DevOps or platform engineering roles Comfortable in a remote, customer-facing engineering role Nice to Have
CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Multi-cloud experience (AWS or Azure) Experience supporting customer deployments or SaaS platforms Why Join
