The Forward Deployed Consultant (FDC) is a customer‑facing builder who brings next‑generation, agentic enterprise automation to life across Salesforce, ERP ecosystems, and human workflows. You will work directly with business, operations, supply chain, and IT teams to translate real business problems into automated processes using a no‑code, AI‑powered platform. This role requires high agility, sharp client instincts, and the ability to influence through trust and relationship‑building—especially in environments with ambiguity, rapid change, and organizational friction. The FDC works directly inside the customer’s day‑to‑day environment, shaping solutions in real‑time and adapting to rapid product evolution. Unlike traditional consultants, FDCs operate as embedded partners who blend product configuration, change leadership, and on‑the‑ground influence to drive immediate operational impact. If you thrive at the intersection of product, customer success, and implementation, this is where you shape the future of intelligent operations. Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize agentic solutions that automate real-world business processes. Configure agents, prompts, and workflow logic using a no code interface—no LLM tuning required. Drive customer enablement through hands‑on guidance, training, and best practice sharing. Partner with client teams to run user acceptance testing, validate outcomes, and support rapid deployment and iteration. Embed with customers to uncover requirements, manage scope, and navigate “messy” real‑world environments. Help customers navigate behavioral change and attain business outcomes through agentic solutions. Requirements
4–6 years of experience implementing CRM, ERP, supply chain, or similar complex business applications. Strong intuition for AI powered products; curious, fast learning, and eager to push what’s possible. Exceptional customer presence with the ability to influence, persuade, and build trust at all levels. Proven agility and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast changing environments. Strong problem‑solving skills with a bias toward action and outcome driven execution. Excellent articulation skills—able to translate complex workflows into clear, business friendly language. Seeking candidates who would love to spend time in‑person building with customers – Travel expectation: 50%+/-. Additional Emphasis
This is not a technical engineering role—but rather a role where success comes from client empathy, diplomacy, and onsite leadership. AI capabilities evolve daily/weekly; candidates must thrive in rapid learning cycles and shifting product landscapes. Human dynamics matter: FDCs must confidently navigate the client’s trepidation, resistance, and politics as automation reshapes work. Benefits
Flexible PTO Sick Time Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Pet Insurance Life Insurance FSA HSA STD/LTD EAP 401k Paid Holidays OSF’s Values
