The Mission Autonomous technical authority owning architecture for complex, high-impact data solutions and modernization programs. Senior Architects provide strategic technical leadership while remaining hands-on in critical areas. They demonstrate mastery in one core area (between Data Platform Development and Data Migration & Modernization) and broad architectural fluency across the full data lifecycle.
Your Assignment
Own architectural direction for large, distributed data platforms or enterprise modernization efforts
Ensure consistency, scalability, security, and long-term viability
Communicate complex trade-offs to technical and executive stakeholders
Produce authoritative architectural guidance and standards
Required Technical Competencies Platform Mastery Path:
Advanced ingestion, processing, and storage patterns
Distributed systems optimization
Platform automation and operational excellence
Cost and performance governance
Modernization Mastery Path:
Deep RDBMS architecture and performance expertise
Large-scale schema refactoring and modernization strategies
Risk-managed migration execution
Cloud-native database platforms at scale
Across Both:
Architecture assessments and estimations
Technical governance and quality enforcement
Strategic technology evolution
Experience Requirements
8+ years delivering complex data solutions or modernization initiatives
5+ years of cloud architecture leadership
Language
Advanced English (minimum C1).

Base Salary Range:
The expected base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Additional Compensation Components:
In addition to the base salary, the compensation package may include bonuses, commissions, equity, and other incentives. The specific components will vary depending on the role and individual and/or company performance.
