About

As a Full Stack Developer, you are expected to understand the goals of our clients and build interactive experiences, such as landing pages, websites, and web apps across various platforms and technologies to meet those goals. RESPONSIBILITIES
Have advanced problem-solving skills to resolve client website issues. Work collaboratively to understand a client's goals. Create functional, creative, and user-friendly webpages, executing front-end and back-end development solutions as needed. Convey client ideas effectively to the end user. Review coding work for accuracy and functionality. Create websites on platforms such as Drupal, Umbraco, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Kentico. Collaborate with the team to develop solutions, solve problems, and remove roadblocks for client success. Develop and debug custom solutions. Integrate and debug back-end data. Provide thought leadership within the development team. Manage time effectively against workload and capacity. Work within a focused, agile workflow. Assist with project scoping as needed. ACCOUNTABILITIES
Collaborate with Design and UX/UI teams to develop websites ensuring a seamless user experience. Develop and maintain responsive websites. Build server-side logic and databases to ensure functionality and performance. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of core digital tactics such as SEO, digital advertising, marketing automation, social media, and content marketing, and how development supports these areas. Familiarity with platforms like Drupal, Umbraco, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Kentico. Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment. Stay current with industry standards and best practices in development. EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful development results.
