Customer Growth Representative
to connect with small and mid-sized businesses and guide them through onboarding for POS systems and payment solutions. This role centers on outreach, relationship-building, and helping business owners adopt tools that support their daily operations.

What You’ll Do
Connect with business owners to learn about their current setup and needs
Introduce POS systems and payment tools that simplify daily operations
Attend scheduled meetings and follow up with interested businesses
Guide new clients through the onboarding process from first conversation through setup
Build trust through clear, friendly, and consistent communication
Track conversations, notes, and progress in the CRM system
Collaborate with your team to meet new business engagement goals
What You Bring
Experience in customer-facing, outreach, or relationship-based roles is helpful but not required
Strong communication and listening skills
A positive, professional approach and willingness to learn
Comfort working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with virtual meetings
