About

The **DCX Client Services Home-Based Executive/Virtual Assistant** will be the key player in supporting the executives' day-to-day by providing executive-level administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. With a focus on multitasking and attention to detail, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and be a key member of our client's team. If you are adaptable, smart, proactive, and flexible, then this role is for you!This role will start as a **3-month contingent contract**, with the possibility of being partnered with our clients in the United States. If selected by the client, the employee will then undergo a **6-month probationary period** leading to a potential full-time position.**REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES**Outstanding organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employeesProject support: Assisting with various projects by gathering data and preparing reports or presentations as needed. You may also be involved in coordinating project timelines and ensuring tasks are on track. Office administration: Assisting with general administrative tasks. Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above. **Education:** **Experience:** 1-3 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Assistant for a C-Suite level report, or other relevant administrative support experience. **Language Proficiency:** Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. **Technical Skills:** Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software, with the ability to learn new or updated software. **Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:**
