Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned
Oracle Integration Cloud Developer
to build, enhance, and support enterprise-level integrations. This role involves designing robust integration solutions, handling EDI-based data exchanges, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and secure system connectivity.
Responsibilities
Evaluate integration requirements and design scalable, compliant integration solutions
Define integration architecture and produce technical designs and flow diagrams
Develop and support integrations using
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
services
Create modular and reusable components to support evolving business needs
Ensure integrations follow security, data protection, and compliance guidelines
Design and manage data handling and storage mechanisms
Deliver highly available integration solutions with minimal downtime
Provide accurate development estimates and contribute to task planning
Maintain clear technical documentation, including design artifacts and code annotations
Work collaboratively with team members while independently owning assigned deliverables
Adhere to and improve development standards, version control, and documentation practices
Support business users by troubleshooting integration issues, reviewing logs, and analyzing payload errors
Monitor and maintain OIC dashboards and operational metrics
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Strong working knowledge of
OIC and VBCS
platforms
Advanced proficiency in
Java
Proven experience working with
EDI standards , including:
EDIFACT
X12
TRADACOMS
Demonstrated expertise in implementing
EDI integrations using OIC
Hands-on experience with
SFTP- and AS2-based EDI communication
Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and data transformation concepts
Nice to Have
Ability to work in dynamic, fast-changing project settings
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
