About
Role Description Roles with full time remote and 25% paid travel requirement are available. Depending on the specific role, the Planner will manage project schedules, conduct resource and risk analysis, develop earned value management plans, implement pull and location-based planning techniques, and prepare comprehensive project reports. The role involves working closely with project stakeholders to align schedules with project objectives and to ensure timely and successful project delivery. The Planner will also assist in identifying and mitigating project delays and provide data-driven recommendations to support optimal decision-making.
Required Qualifications (depends on the specific role)
Proficiency in scheduling and project control tools such as Primavera P6, SmartSheet, Microsoft Project, and location-based planning software (e.g., vPlanner, Vico).
Strong skills in resource analysis, data analytics, earned value management, and sensitivity & risk analysis.
Experience with forensic schedule analysis and expertise in identifying and addressing project delays.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in additional scheduling software and experience in related fields is an advantage.
