Working Hours: US Hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
Full-Time, Remote Work.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage scheduling for various projects and client appointments.
Monitor and update schedules regularly to accommodate changes and emerging needs.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to confirm and adjust schedules as necessary.
Provide administrative support, including documentation and record-keeping related to scheduling activities.
Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Track progress and deadlines, keeping all stakeholders informed of timely updates.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as a scheduler or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Comfortable working U.S. hours
