Create and manage SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, widgets, and site configurations optimized for GCC High. Build integration points between Power Platform and other Microsoft 365 GCC High services to streamline operations. Develop reusable solution components, templates, and automation patterns to accelerate delivery and standardize development practices. Ensure all solutions meet CMMC, NIST, ISO, and GCC High security and compliance requirements. Apply secure development practices, including least privilege access, secure API integration, and compliance-friendly data handling. Collaborate with compliance and security teams to align solution architecture with audit readiness and control objectives. Conduct periodic compliance reviews of automation and SharePoint solutions, remediating gaps to maintain continuous adherence to regulatory standards. Translate business process requirements into scalable, automated solutions that improve productivity and reduce manual effort. Partner with business units to identify automation opportunities and prioritize delivery based on organizational value. Enhance delivery velocity by removing reliance on a single designer for automation and SharePoint solutions. Manage work intake and prioritization through ticketing systems, ensuring timely updates, accurate status tracking, and adherence to service-level expectations. Interface directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify needs, and deliver automation builds that meet functional and compliance standards. Maintenance & Support
Provide ongoing support and optimization for existing Power Platform and SharePoint solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across custom applications, integrations, and automation workflows. Maintain solution documentation, knowledge bases, and operational runbooks. Location

5+ years of experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate). Demonstrated experience integrating Microsoft 365 services within secure, compliance-driven environments. Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred (Power Platform Developer Associate, SharePoint Developer, etc.). Experience in GCC High / sovereign cloud nuances beyond SharePoint (e.g., identity, licensing, integration constraints). Desired Attributes
Adept at balancing technical priorities with evolving business needs, adjusting solutions in response to feedback and organizational change. Compliance-minded engineer who prioritizes security without sacrificing delivery speed. Capable of translating complex business needs into simple, sustainable automation.
