Position Overview:
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions and ensure the effective management of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a proactive HR professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for enhancing the employee experience. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company.
Employee Relations:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred). Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, with a deep understanding of HR processes and employment law. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with Preferred Qualifications:
