In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Product, Engineering, Sales teams, and more to monitor and troubleshoot campaigns, creating new tooling and alerting to preserve both merchant and consumer experience for promotion and ad campaigns. These programs will accelerate acquisition, activation, and loyalty across all the company’s audiences.
As a Monitoring Associate on the Ads & Promotions Operations team, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth execution, tracking, and performance optimization of ad and promotion campaigns. This role supports both SMB and Enterprise initiatives, monitoring campaign performance, ensuring campaign health, and delivering insights to continuously enhance outcomes.
What you’ll do:
Monitor SMB and Enterprise campaigns daily, identify performance anomalies, and troubleshoot issues across platforms (in-app banners, promotions, CRM).
Use SQL and internal dashboards to analyze campaign metrics, performance trends, and root causes. Deliver regular reporting to internal stakeholders and suggest improvements.
Partner with internal teams to develop new strategies to improve campaign performance through targeting and other adjustments.
Collaborate on campaign setup (assets, targeting, and delivery methods), QA workflows, and ensure campaign goals align with the campaign objectives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
1-3 years’ experience in ad trafficking, campaign management, project coordination, or business operations, within an advertising agency, consumer brand, or tech company
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong written communication skills, especially in crafting clear, actionable post-mortem documents, reports, and performance insights
Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced, and changing environment
Strong organization and communication skills
Project management or coordination experience is a plus
Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing campaign data is a plus
This is a long-term contract (6 months with the possibility to extend 1+ years)
100% Remote within the United States
$42/hour - $45/hour, W-2
