Futureforce EMEA Programs & Events Contractor ?? Dublin (Hybrid - primarily office-based) ?? €50,000 - €54,000 ?? Contract: ASAP start - December 2026 We're looking for an organised and proactive Programs & Events Contractor to join the Futureforce EMEA team in Dublin. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role supporting internship programmes and delivering recruitment events across EMEA. Key Responsibilities Coordinate EMEA internship programmes (onboarding, engagement, stakeholder support) Support delivery of recruitment events, campus activations, and office tours Manage operational processes including POs, contracts, vendors, and swag Lead and support cross-functional projects What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience in programmes, events, or project coordination Strong organisational and multitasking skills Confident communicator with stakeholder management experience Experience with PO processing and contract administration Dublin-based with ability to work mostly on-site Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
