We at Ascendion are seeking an accomplished UK Data & Analytics Manager to drive strategic engagements and lead the growth and delivery of Data, Analytics, and AI solutions across the UK and EU regions. This is a leadership role responsible for owning client relationships, leading solutioning efforts, ensuring delivery excellence, and managing a cross‑functional team across consulting, architecture, and delivery. Key Responsibilities
Delivery Oversight P&L Management
Qualifications & Experience
15+ years of experience in Data & Analytics with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level data and AI solutions. Pre‑sales and solutioning for UK and EU clients. Strong understanding of modern data platforms (cloud‑native, data lakes, data mesh, etc.). Experience managing delivery teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Prior experience managing regional or practice-level P&L is a must.
