About

We are gameXcite GmbH and have been developing various games based on well-known brands such as Asterix & Obelix and Star Trek since 2016 - from mobile to PC, from free to play to premium. For our current project - a premium PC/console game based on the Star Trek license - we are literally setting off for the stars and are therefore looking for a motivated intern to help us for at least 3 months, possibly even longer, in the area of 2D Art. A wide variety of tasks await you, from overpaints and concept art to the creation of marketing graphics and the creation of in-game objects such as portraits, items or UI elements. A strong interest in Sci‑Fi, especially Star Trek You are enthusiastic about 2D Art You love games and are interested in the work behind the scenes You are an enrolled student in a relevant course of study OR have completed a degree OR have completed training in a relevant field of work You are proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools You are reliable, committed and resilient You are well organized, learn quickly and have good communication skills You are a team player who can handle constructive feedback well You are results‑oriented and have a passion for games Good communication skills (both oral and written) in English Did we spark your interest?
