Job Description:
Design and implement an integrated marketing and sales enablement strategy that aligns with divisional and enterprise goals. Champion the launch and ongoing evolution of the divisional brand. Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans, product launches, customer events, and content marketing. Serve as the primary architect of divisional marketing priorities. Develop, manage, and optimize the divisional marketing budget. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing ROI. Lead the creation and deployment of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources. Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a marketing leadership role. Specialty insurance industry experience is required. Proven experience launching and scaling divisional brands, leading content and field marketing initiatives, and managing cross-functional teams. Strong presentation skills, with a passion for outstanding content and measurable performance. Experience developing Go-to-Market strategies for high-growth businesses. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, measure performance, and drive ROI. Hands-on leadership style, willing to dive into details and work collaboratively to achieve goals. Benefits:
